Order processing time will vary depending on the product category. Ready to Ship items process and ship within three days. Made to Order hand-dyed yarn will ship within a week of purchase. Please refer to the particular product page or contact us if you have questions about processing time estimates!
All orders ship with a tracking number and package insurance. USPS Priority Express and DHL Express Worldwide packages require a signature on delivery.
We ship via USPS to US addresses, PO boxes, and AFO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Internationally, we ship via USPS to most countries, otherwise we will use DHL Express Worldwide. Additional duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund policy
Hand-Dyed Yarn and Ready to Ship items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. They must be in original condition (labels intact, yarn in the original hank, etc). The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us if you would like to make a return.
Hand-Dyed Yarn and Ready to Ship items may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
Custom Orders cannot be returned after they have been shipped.
While in progress, Custom Orders may be cancelled for a partial refund. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your items arrive with severe damage or defects (such as yarn with excessive bleeding, knots, or breaks), please contact us to begin the refund process.
